Privacy Notice

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK — Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), we explain how Bi Future Teknoloji A.Ş. processes your personal data.

Identity and contact data

Full name, company name, email address, phone number — via the quote form and contact channels.

Customer transaction data

Request content, contract and proposal records, project correspondence.

Transaction security data

IP address, browser and device information, access and activity logs.

Candidate data

CVs and education/experience information submitted with job applications.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to respond to quote requests, establish and perform contracts, provide services, invoice, offer technical support and fulfil legal obligations. The legal bases are the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent.

4. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to the hosting, email, analytics and accounting providers we work with, only to the extent the service requires and under confidentiality commitments. Where transfer abroad is necessary, the conditions set out in the Law are met.

5. Retention period

Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; once the period expires, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
